We designed Itesso’s workspace, a hospitality software company, prioritizing both employee comfort and productivity. Following the in-depth research into employee needs, we created a concept that enriched the initial client vision. The final design is a spacious and functional environment with custom elements that both serve a purpose and reflect Itesso's identity. For instance, the custom design ergonomic work desks prioritize employee well-being while offering ample space and a modern sleek design.

Future-oriented office space
The overall design of the office evokes a futuristic atmosphere, through a variety of subtle details, including LED floor lighting, a living wall featuring unique air plants, and, custom-designed elements. But truly unique is the mock-up hotel room positioned in the heart of the space. Designed at the client's request, this room serves as a showcase for Itesso's forward-thinking vision for the hotel industry.
Branding the workspace
Itesso's branding is woven into the workspace design with corporate colours and branded elements reflecting the company's identify. A custom signature piece, echoing the company logo, welcomes all in the cloakroom. Angular design elements unify the space, recurring in furniture and graphics. Desks and meeting tables adopt angular shapes, while glass walls in manager's offices showcase a semi-transparent angular pattern, providing privacy without compromising the open space character.
